Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Processing begins once payment is approved.

Methods, costs and delivery times

We ship with standard and express carriers; the cost and estimated delivery time of each option are calculated at checkout from your address. Free shipping on orders over $99. Delivery times are estimates.

Delivery address

Please enter a complete and accurate business delivery address and a phone number for the person receiving the order. Delays caused by an incorrect address may affect the estimated delivery date.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by e-mail when the order ships, so you can plan for the delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resend or refund.

Please include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the products and packaging.
